Once we have all the information we need, our team will put together a statement of work and budget. These documents detail all the work we’ll do in your Holland kitchen remodeling project and is usually an incredibly detailed document. The detail is important because it protects you, the homeowner, and us, the contractors, once work starts and helps ensure everyone’s expectations are on the same page.

We’ll then meet with you in one of our showrooms to review the scope of work and pick out all the different materials for your project! This is the fun part. There’s really nothing like looking at all the different material options in person to determine what you like most and what will look best in your space. Plus, one of our in-house kitchen designers can walk you through the entire process. Once everything is set, we’ll finalize your project details so we can sign the agreement and schedule your project.

Each project is assigned a lead master carpenter who will manage every aspect of your project, including the calendar of when other specialists, like plumbers or electricians, will need to do work in your home. In fact, our carpenters attach a calendar to the wall of your kitchen so you can see the project timeline laid out. And if something unexpected happens along the way, we’ll clearly communicate exactly how that will impact your project. If you decide to make a change, such as using different hardware or paint color, we’ll create a change order that outlines those details.
